I was one of them. I delivered results externally while battling chaos internally. It took a collision of life events—a car accident, my father being “packaged out”, and a personal reset—for me to realize that "white-knuckling" your way to success isn't a strategy. It's a liability.

This is a dedicated 8-week partnership designed to identify your specific "Performance Drag" and install a new operating system.
Step One:
The Diagnostic
We start with a 30-minute Strategy Call. This is not a sales pitch; it is a root-cause analysis.
We identify which of the 5 Competence Types is driving your burnout.
We determine if your challenge is a "Skill Gap" (Training needed) or a "System Error" (Coaching needed).
If we are a match, I will invite you to the upcoming cohort.
Step Two:
The Commitment
The coaching methodology is identical for everyone but the investment differs:
Self-Funded (Individual): You access the Donation-Based Model. We agree on an investment that reflects the value to you and your ability to pay.
Corporate-Sponsored: Your organization funds this as professional development. I handle the contracting and invoicing directly with the company at my standard institutional rate, ensuring you can focus on the work.

We begin the work.
Weekly Dialogues: ~60-minute, high-impact 1:1 video calls to dismantle old patterns.
"Player 2" Access: You get direct access to me between sessions for spot-coaching when pressure hits in real-time.
