About Me

Hi, I’m Deleepan “Delee” Jeyamohan.

My journey to becoming a coach wasn’t a straight line—in fact, it was anything but. After 10+ years in the automotive industry, working with brands like Honda, Mazda, and Jaguar Land Rover, I realized the biggest roadblocks for most professionals aren’t sales or strategy—it’s confidence, clarity, and mindset.

March 2020 changed everything. In a single week, a car accident, my father being "packaged out" from our workplace, and global uncertainty replaced routine with chaos. My journey through divorce, family emergencies, career pivots, and a year-long personal reset showed me how simple it is to appear "successful" while feeling completely lost.

These experience led me to pursue intentional change. In 2025, I became a Certified Health and Life Coach and an Impostor Syndrome-Informed Coach™, in addition to earning my CAPM® certification. My mission evolved from performing for others to living with intention.

That’s why I started Consistently Inconsistent (COiN). It’s for high-performers who want to stop doubting themselves and start taking consistent action—even when life feels anything but consistent. I combine industry experience, evidence-based frameworks, and a deep understanding of high-performer patterns to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and measurable impact.
